You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation. After that, cancellations are possible in writing: up to 3 months before arrival for 20%, between 3 months and 2 weeks before arrival for 80%, and within the last 2 weeks for 100% of the booking price (excluding the cleaning fee). Otherwise the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
There is no statutory right of withdrawal for accommodation booked for a specific date (Austrian FAGG § 18 (1) 10). The cancellation policy applies.
